Just Miss You Card Kit

Hi, crafty friends. I have two cards to share today using THIS new card kit…

I wanted to challenge myself and use the patterned paper in the kit. The prints are gorgeous and I don’t ever use patterned paper enough in my card making.

For the first card…

I tore several pieces of the pattern paper and layered them along the bottom and top of the card. I gold heat embossed a couple of sentiments from the kit’s stamp set. The 6×8 stamp set included in the kit is filled with awesome sentiments. If you’re not interested in the entire kit, you can purchase the stamp set separately HERE. I used the coordinating outline die included to die-cut the word and cut a few more for layers to go underneath.

For the second card…

I cut four rectangles from the patterned paper and adhered them together using THIS behind for some dimension. I stamped a sentiment on one of the patterned papers and then added another gold heat embossed sentiment. I finished off both cards with a sprinkling of the kit’s sequins.
