Hi there, crafty friends. I’m thrilled to be a December guest over HERE on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge Blog.
This week’s challenge is traditional Christmas showcasing Tim Holtz products…
I started by applying ink through THIS stencil. I rotated the stencil to get different looks and die-cut the panels using THIS die. I stamped and colored THIS, THIS, and THIS bird. I used THESE coordinating dies to cut them out and cut a few extra plain ones to adhere behind for dimension. I also stamped the Santa hat from THIS stamp set and added it to the top of each bird. I white heat embossed a sentiment from THIS stamp set on black card stock. I finished off the design by adding THESE gems for a little sparkle.
Here’s a closer look at each…
Now it’s your turn! We would love to have you join in on the fun and create a project for this week’s them and share it HERE. You have until next Wed 8am Ohio time. 1pm UK time, 2 pm CET to join in.
Also, the generous folks at Simon Says Stamp will be giving away a $50 voucher to one randomly selected winner. You can enter 5 times which means you can make 5 different projects following this week’s prompt and have 5 chances to win a shopping spree.
Thanks so much for stopping by. I hope you can play along!
