I stamped the sentiment and heart images on a panel cut with THIS die. I colored them in with Copic markers in a rainbow pattern. I added some of THIS on top for some sparkle.
It’s hard to see in the photo but I added a lot of THIS on top for some shine. Here’s a closer look…
I finished off the cards by adding a black mat behind the panel.
