Simple Sympathy Cards

Hi again, crafty friends. Recently I shared some simple sympathy cards that my friend and I created for a Ronald McDonald House over on my Instagram stories and I got a lot of questions about them, so I thought I’d share more about them here…

First, I have to say a big thank you to my sweet friend Jana Millen for helping me. It was a fun crafty day and made mass producing the cards go by so fast. Make sure to check out Jana’s blog HERE.

For the backgrounds, we stamped THIS and THIS background using a few colors of Hero Arts inks. Using the mini ink cubes made it easy to ink up different parts of the background image. The sentiment was stamped from THIS stamp set and it was cut with THIS die. I die-cut the background panel with a larger rectangle die from the same die set.

Here’s a closer look…

I hope this inspires you to create some simple sympathy cards to have on hand.

Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day.
