I started by stamping THIS background using a variety of Distress Oxide Inks. I inked up the entire stamp with one color and stamped it. Then I inked it with another color and shift the paper down slightly before stamping again. I repeated this process with all the colors to get a completely different look from the background stamp.
I cut the background in to four pieces. I adhered them to THIS note card covered in THIS card stock and die-cut THIS rectangle from the center. I adhered acetate between the background and card front and stamped images from THIS stamp on the acetate window using THIS white ink. I stamped a coordinating sentiment from the same stamp set on the inside of the card. I finished off the design by adding some of THESE sequins for some sparkle and shine.
