Believe in You Release

Hi there, crafty friends. Simon Says Stamp’s new release is now available. You can find it HERE. Today’s card features THIS new stamp set…

I started by creating a card base from THIS card stock and it measures 9.5 x 3.5 and will fit inside a #10 business envelope. I used THIS paper for the card panel and stamped THIS background along the bottom. I used a few Distress Oxide inks so I could blend the ink right away while still keeping the pattern and spritzed it with THIS for some shine. I masked off the bottom half and ink blended a sky on top using THESE brushes. I die-cut THIS die right above the water for the interactive element.

I stamped, colored, and cut out the ocean critters from THIS stamp set and adhered them to the panel. I added some of THESE googly eyes just for fun. For the dolphin, I placed a dime behind the interactive opening and placed one of THESE on top. I adhered another dime on top of that and the dolphin at the very top. I made sure to apply lots of THIS in the opening so it could move freely. I placed foam tape along the back, but leaving space for the coin to move.

When you move the card from side to side, the dolphin looks like it’s jumping out of the water…
