I decided to flip the design upside down to make a rainbow background. I stamped it with THIS ink first and colored all the rainbows in with my Copic markers. Then I stamped it again with THIS ink on top and clear heat embossed it for some shine. I trimmed it down to 3 x 5 and adhered it to a white top folding note card. I stamped and colored THIS sun balloon image and used THIS coordinating die to cut it out. I added a black string to the bottom and stamped a coordinating sentiment from the set on white strips.
