Birthday Week-Day 5 (Wrap Up)

Hola, crafty friends. I have another birthday card to share today wrapping up Birthday Week here on my blog…

I started by cutting THIS paper using THIS die, creating colorful fringed strips. I adhered them to THIS note card and sprayed THIS on top for some shine. I die-cut THIS die from white card stock. It doesn’t cut the circle shape so I die-cut the piece with THIS die on the outside of the die to create the circle. I did this three times, adhering them together to add dimension. I adhered it to a plain white circle for a tone on tone look. I stamped a sentiment from THIS stamp set in the center.

Here’s a closer look…

.

One tip I have to share is about color combos. I’m not the best at picking at colors that go together so if you’re like me, look for packaged papers like the one I used. The work is already done for you and the colors pair up nicely.

Thanks for joining me today. I hope you had fun partying with me all week for Birthday Week.
