Framing a Focal Image

Hi there, crafty friends. Today’s card uses a coordinating die to frame an image..

I stamped THIS image on THIS card stock and added color with THESE watercolors. I did a few layers of colors, drying in between each. I added THIS to the eyes to make them stand out. I die-cut the coordinating die from another piece of the same card stock to create a frame for the image. I applied THIS ink through THIS stencil on the frame piece using THESE brushes. I adhered the frame on top of the image using THIS foam tape and white heat embossed a coordinating sentiment from the same stamp set. I die-cut a few of THESE hearts from THIS glitter paper and added THIS on top for some shine.

Here’s a closer look…

I hope this inspires you to frame a focal image using it’s coordinating die.

Thanks for stopping by. Happy crafting!
