Hello, crafty friends. Today’s card features a fun background technique…
First, I die-cut THIS gorgeous cross several times form THIS wood grain card stock. I adhered the layers together to give dimension. For the background, I stamped THIS entire stamp set. I love text backgrounds and this is a fast and easy way to get that look. I temporary adhered the entire set to the door of my MISTI and white heat embossed it four times on different colors of card stock. I adhered the pieces together like a puzzle so the background would look continuous. I adhered the cross on top and added THIS in the center for lots of shine.
Here’s a closer look…
I hope you try stamping with an entire stamp set. It’s a quick and easy way to create a background.
Thanks so much for stopping by. Have a great day.
