Birthday Shaker Card

Hi there, crafty friends. I have a birthday themed shaker card to share today…

I recently worked at the Simon Says Stamp CREATE event and did some shopping while I was there. As soon as I saw THESE, I knew they would make great shaker bits. I die-cut THIS die from black and white card stock. I adhered acetate behind the cut out and adhered foam tape around the opening on the back. I filled the inside with a rainbow of those foam ball shaker bits. I adhered the black die on top of the acetate window and the white piece on top of that offset a bit. I finished the card with a puppy image and sentiment from THIS stamp set.

I adhered the whole piece to a black 4 bar sized note card.

I hope this inspires you to try and create a colorful shaker card.

Thanks so much for visiting. Have a wonderful day.
