Hi there, crafty friends. I’m back today to share a Christmas tag that holds a gift card…
I die-cut THIS tag twice and die-cut the center with THIS rectangle die (from the coordinating die set). I backed it with another solid tag and white heat embossed a sentiment from THIS stamp set. From that same stamp set, I stamped, colored, and cut out the images. I adhered them to a blue piece of card stock to build a winter scene. I stamped a small snowflake from THIS stamp set using THIS ink and added THIS to create a winter sky.
When you lift the tag, the gift card is revealed inside…
The tag was created in the same way. I scored a line at the top of the tag and added THIS adhesive above the line to create a hinge so the tag would open easily. I tied the two tags together with some ribbon.
I hope this inspires you to create a tag that holds a gift card. It makes a great gift topper.
Thanks for stopping by today. Happy crafting!
