Merry Kiss-mas Lip Balm Tag

Hi, crafty friends. I’m sharing a fun tag today that makes a great little gift…

They make a perfect gift for school workers or a great gift topper. I started by stamping one of THESE white tags with THIS background using THIS ink. I applied the same ink over top using an ink blending tool and flicked on water droplets with THIS. After it was dry, I cut THIS die from the center of the tag. I added a snow hill using THIS die on the bottom. I placed one of THESE inside the opening and added a lip balm inside. I cut the outline die that comes with the set from red card stock and adhered it over the piece to give it a finished look. I added ribbon to the top of the tag and a smaller tag that I white heat embossed a sentiment from THIS stamp set.

I didn’t have any images of critter’s kissing so I stamped a mouse image once and then stamped the mirror image of it. To do this, I stamped the image on the solid surface of a stamp in THIS stamp set and then stamped it on my paper. I colored and cut out the mice and adhered them tot he snow bank at the bottom of the tag.

For the back, I die-cut THIS die along the center and stamped a sentiment from THIS stamp set to let the recipient know what to do. This way the recipient can remove the lip balm without destroying the tag…
