Hi, crafty friends. Today’s project features THIS new stamp set and THIS new die from THIS new release from Simon Says Stamp. It’s called Critter Sweaters and I decided to make a couple of Christmas gift tags…
For the bear tag…
I cut THIS coordinating bear die twice from kraft card stock and once from white card stock. On the white piece, I stamped a bunch of the line designs to create a sweater pattern. I trimmed off the top and added a bow tie image from the set. I stamped the bear face image from the set and the sentiment using THIS black ink. I scored the top of the second bear die-cut to create a hinge. I added THIS adhesive above the score line and adhered the two bear die-cuts together, sandwiching ribbon between the layers.
For the cat tag…
I repeated the process but used gray card stock and a different color scheme for the sweater.
I thought they would make fun Christmas tags so I stamped the inside with “to” and “from” that are from THIS stamp set…
There is also a little bunny in this set. So cute!
I hope this has inspired you to create some Christmas tags using coordinating die-cuts.
Thanks for visiting today. I’ve linked to the entire Fun and Festive Release below as well as supplies used on today’s project….

Love your tags!! I had the stamp set, but no dies, so I improvised on my critter tag. The little whiskers make sooooo much more sense now that I see the dies, LOL!!
