Hi there, crafty friends. Happy Easter! I’m back with another Double Take, where I share two cards with a similar design, but different color schemes.
I stamped the bunny image from THIS stamp set twice, colored them with Copic markers, and fussy cut them out. I die-cut THIS heart from some of THIS patterned paper. I also die-cut it from a variety of colored cardstock.
For the first card…
I used the negative piece from the die-cutting and inlaid the colored heart pieces inside. I adhered the bunny towards the top right and stamped a sentiment from THIS stamp set at an angle to follow the curve of the heart. I adhered it to a mini white note card.
For the second card…
I used the positive pieces from the patterned paper die-cutting and adhered them to a mini note card created with THIS card stock.
I finished off both cards with a spray of THIS for some shine as well as THIS black glaze pen for the eyes. I rounded the bottom two corners of each card using THIS.
I hope this has inspired you to create more than one card at a time.
Thanks for visiting today.
