Hi, crafty friends. I’m sharing some inspiration using THIS Simon Says Stamp’s March card kit. It’s packed full of great spring themed products. I don’t know about you, but I’m ready for spring!
I fell in love with the bunny image in THIS stamp set from the kit. I stamped, colored, and cut him out and added a pom pom for his tail. For the background, I used the two mini ink cubes from the kit and masked off half of the background for one color and half for the other color. I die-cut the background with THESE scallop die. After the ink was dry, I white heat embossed a coordinating sentiment and die-cut one of THESE dies to create a slider card. I adhered the bunny to a penny with one of THESE, placing the penny behind the opening first. I adhered the blended background with foam tape to a white note card, doubling up the layers so the bunny moves easily. I finished off the card with a sprinkling of die-cut hearts topped with THIS and THIS for some added shine.
You can see the card in action over on my Instagram HERE. The bunny moves back and forth to look like he’s hopping…
Here’s a closer look…
I hope this inspires you to create a card with movement. I will be back very soon with more inspiration using the March Card Kit.
Thanks so much for stopping by.

What a cutie! I love your card Heather, especially as the little bunny hops! Movement is always so fun in a card and I adore the pink and purple 💕 Sorry for being so absent recently, life got a bit busy 😬
