Classic Christmas Card

Hi, there. Today’s classic style Christmas card features a way to stretch the use of your dies…

I used THIS die but not as it was intended. I needed a bow that was a bit larger and wider to fill the space. So instead of cutting one top portion of the bow, I cut two. I connected the two in the middle, making the bow much wider.

For the background, I stamped stripes using THIS stamp set. I stamped it lightly to create a faux fabric look to add texture. I die-cut the panel using THIS die and silver heat embossed a sentiment from THIS stamp set. I adhered the panel on a card base created with THIS cardstock, the perfect holiday red.

I hope this inspires you to take a second look at your dies and stretch the look of them.
Thanks for stopping by. Happy Crafting!
