Hi there. I’m back again with another pop-up card. I just posted THIS pop up card recently and I have to admit that I’m getting addicted. THIS pop up die from Lawn Fawn makes it so quick and easy.
I cut the box die from two pieces of THIS cardstock. I adhered them together using THIS strong adhesive. I cut several inserts for the inside of the box using blue and kraft cardstock. I used THIS die to create sand and THIS die to create the ocean waves. I used THIS patterned paper on the background and adhered a yellow circle on top to create a sun. I die-cut THIS bikini die from the same patterned paper pack and adhered it to a clothesline created from pieces in the scalloped box die set. I adhered flip flops to the scene that were stamped from THIS set. I finished off the card by adding a sentiment from THIS set.
For this card, I did not decorate the outside of the box. I didn’t feel it needed it. I love how this dimensional scene folds nicely so it can be tucked in to a standard size envelope.
I hope this inspires you to create a pop up card scene.
Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day.

I love the different layers of waves in this pop up! It's a perfect little collection of summery images. I agree the die makes the whole box card thing so much easier – I just am not sure I would make them enough, but I leave the die on my list in case I win the lottery!
