This kit has some beautiful feminine elements with a love theme, so I decided to create a wedding card…
I started by stamping the gorgeous floral image from the kit’s stamp set using the Distress Oxide Ink included in the kit for a tone on tone look. I cut an oval from the center using THIS die and adhered a sentiment behind it that I stamped on a piece of vellum. I also adhered a piece of the patterned paper behind the oval as well as a heart cut with THIS die and covered it the Distress Oxide ink.
I adhered the entire panel to a black note card (created from the cardstock in the kit). I finished off the card by adhering a strip of the patterned paper to the left hand side as well as a sprinkling of sequins and pearls. Oh, and some of THIS was sprayed on top for some beautiful shine.
I also stamped on the inside of the card…
I also white heat embossed the floral image on the flap of the envelope to tie everything together…
Doesn’t that look like lace? Love it.
Although this kit if geared towards wedding/love, it can easily be transformed to whatever occasion you’d like by swapping out the sentiment. You can find more about the kit HERE.
