Mixing Sentiments

Hello. I’m back today with cards featuring mixed sentiments. I love to take sentiments from multiple stamp sets and combine them to create a custom greeting.

For these cards, I combined sentiments from THIS, THIS, and THIS stamp set to create the sentiment. I stamped the panda image as well as the sunglasses image from THIS new stamp set and cut them out. I used a variety of Distress Inks and blended two backgrounds. (All colors listed below in the supply list)

I spritzed some water on top with THIS to add some texture. I die-cut a window from the panel using THIS die and adhered down the outer piece using foam tape using one of THESE note cards. I adhered the center portion of the die-cut directly to the card base, creating a window for the bear to peek out of.

Here’s a closer look…

I gave these along with a water bottle (click HERE for a picture of the water bottle) to some of the staff at my son’s preschool for an end of the school year gift.

I hope this inspires you to mix sentiments from multiple stamp sets to crate a customized greeting.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Have an awesome day!
