Little Tangles Challenge

Hello. How are you? I hope you’re finding some crafty time to play. If so, you might want to check out the latest Little Tangles Challenge HERE.

Here’s the card I created for the challenge…
I’ve been eager to use THIS stamp set from Neat and Tangled. I love the adorable images and I thought that the little boy looked like my son. I colored him having him in mind and I plan on sending it to my mom.
For the background, I die-cut THIS die out of THIS cardstock. I kept all the pieces in place for an inlaid die-cut look and used THIS distress ink to do a little ink smooshing on top. I added the greeting diagonally using my MISTI. The MISTI helped me achieve a clean and crisp image on the textured paper.
Here’s a closer look…
After coloring the image, I fussy cut it out leaving a white border. I felt like the white blended in with the background too much so I used a Sharpie to color it in and give a shadow. I finished off the card by die-cutting the panel using THIS die and adding some of THESE enamel hearts.
Thanks for joining me today and I hope you link up your projects for the challenge HERE. Remember, the winner will receive a Neat and Tangled stamp set of their choice.
Have a great day!
