Hello. As the Share Handmade Kindness Challenge is winding down, I want to share some exciting news to continue the kindness.
I’ve had the pleasure of helping Jennifer with this challenge and when we sent out goodie boxes to tell people about the challenge, these quote cards were a hit…
A little bit about these cards…
These playful “Random Quotes of Kindness” are intended for just that: sharing a bit of unexpected kindness…anywhere and everywhere. Put one in a kid’s lunch box. Leave another of the windshield of stranger’s car at the grocery store. Tape one to a dressing room mirror (with the washi tape that is included). Send one in the mail to a friend. Be creative and spread kindness!
Many of the recipients used them up quickly… so I (with Jennifer‘s blessing) decided to open an Etsy shop to sell them. My shop is called the Share Kindness Shop and you can find it HERE. The cards are available in two different styles.
The regular style which can be found HERE…
or the speech bubble version that can be found HERE…
The best part? Twenty percent of the proceeds will go to the Kind Campaign– an amazing organization that is working to end bullying.
These cards are awesome on there own, but I wanted to share a few examples of cards I created with them. They make quick cards and are the perfect size for pocket page scrapbooking.
Here’s the set of cards I created using them and Mama Elephant’s Lunar Animals Stamp set…
One of the dies in THIS wonky stitches die set works perfectly with the quote card size and does a faux stitch around the edges. I die-cut a speech bubble to highlight the quote. I used THIS paper pad to add some interest to the background.
A closer look…
I die-cut fun foam using THESE coordinating dies and adhered them behind the animal images to add some dimension. I adhered the quote slightly off center from the foam behind it to created a colored shadow. I finished off the cards by using THIS pen to make the eyes pop and adhering everything down to THESE card bases. I’m really liking this smaller size of cards!

Your kindness cards are lovely and so needed in our society…to remind people that there is kindness lurking a round every corner, and when one receives this reminder…they smile and acknowledge the kindness. What's so neat is the anominity of them. I would love to have a set and also a set to give my best friend Pamela Steele, who is so with me on this kindness campaign. We both along with my granddaughter age 15, go out and do RAK pretty often. It's so fun and makes us smile.

These cards are the cutest things. I would share this set with my lovely friend Laura Anis. Not only is she an amazing crafter, but she is the most noble woman I have ever met. Extremely amazing friend, mom & wife. She deserves a little surprise, because she does everything for others so selflessly. Thanks for the giveaway & beautiful ideas.

I have a conversation bubble stamp and was not sure what to do with it. Popping it up looks so cool. I'd like to gift a set to my stamping Aunt who spends her winters in Florida but has to leave her crafting supplies in Michigan because she doesn't have room to take it.

I would give the extra set to my sister who shares my passion for card making – and helps me take care of our 100-year-old Dad every weekend.
