Welcome back. I have another card share today featuring THIS stamp set. If you missed the previous posts, you can find them here…
Okay, back to today’s card. When I first laid eyes on the stamp set I knew those mini donuts would look adorable in a bakery box!…
To create the box, I found a die image that was the perfect size to hold all six donuts. I cut it out of some double-sided Doodlebug paper and created score lines around the die image and a half an inch or so from the first score lines. I folded the score lines well and assembled the box. I also used a piece of acetate on the front of the box for the window.
For the greeting, I stamped it using some pink pigment ink from Memento Luxe and sprinkled on some clear embossing powder while it was still wet. I heat embossed it so it would stand out. I kept the rest of the panel super simple so it would distract from the bakery box. Some score lines on the white panel frames in my box and sentiment nicely. I mounted the entire piece on a side folding, white notecard after placing a mat behind it of that Doodlebug paper.
Now for the donuts…
Those were created the same way I mention in my two previous posts but this time I used Stickles (Rock Candy, Antique Linen, and Flamingo) as the donut topping. They are so pretty in real life. They look good enough to eat!
I will continue the Stamptember celebration tomorrow along with ANOTHER post announcing the new Little Tangles Challenge. Stay Tuned! …
