Simon Says Stamp Stamptember- Day 5

Welcome to Day 5 of the Stamptember celebration where I’ve been creating with THIS stamp set all week. If you’ve missed any previous days, here are the links…
Here is today’s card…

I love the graphic circle border stamp in the set, so I used it to create a focal point for my tag. I stamped it using some primary colors. (Blue, Red Royal, and Lime Green from Hero Arts and Dandelion from Memento) I cut THIS tag out of white cardstock five times and adhered them together, creating an embellishment after stamping the speech bubble sentiment in black. I attached some black string to the top of the tag and adhered it to the white stamped panel after I adhered a black mat behind it. The entire piece sits on a white card base.

I thought the donut looked so good that it should have a bite out of it …

A scalloped punch works great for that! I created the donut the same way that I’ve explained in previous posts but this time I used white enamel accents for the icing. I added some sequin trimmings on top of the enamel to look like sprinkles and even made a pile of them next to the donut to resemble falling after taking a bite. I added a touch of glossy accents to the brown part of the donut to give it some shine.

And there you have it! Another card created from this fun set! Thanks so much for stopping by!
