Concord & 9th March Guest Designer-Week 4

Hi, crafty friends. I’m so sad that this is my last guest post for Concord & 9th this month. I’ve had so much fun creating with their new release. Today’s card combines THIS new stamp set with THIS new die set…

I started by stamping THIS stamp on to a piece of white card stock with black ink. The stamp set has images you can stamp inside the open areas, but I decided to use THIS die set and add flowers and leaves in the opening. I love that the die set coordinates so well. I also like that the stamp set has the layering images that you can use on the die-cuts. I like to mix and match….

I used a bunch of THIS on top of the flowers for some sparkle and adhered a white heat embossed sentiment on top of one of the flowers. I adhered the panel to a black note card using fun foam underneath to add some dimension.

I also created a coordinating envelope using THIS die set.

I die-cut the friend word from the back of the envelope flap as well as three pieces of colored card stock. I adhered a black piece of card stock behind the opening and then inlaid the letters in the openings. I added more of that shimmer on top to tie everything together.

A big thank you to Concord & 9th for having me as a guest designer this month. What an awesome company with such great people.

Thanks for stopping by and happy crafting!
