Cards featuring Kids’ Artwork

Hi there. Today’s cards features artwork created by my five year old son….

Aiden has some delay when it comes to his fine motor skills, so he is all about drawing rainbows lately. I think it’s because it’s a simple shape he can create without getting frustrated. I LOVE his artwork and have it displayed on the fridge and in his scrapbooks, but I have lots of leftover treasures that I transformed into cards.

I swapped out his art paper for some Neenah cardstock pieces and after he drew his rainbows with THESE markers, I stamped the cloud from THIS stamp set on either end. I also stamped sentiments from THIS stamp set. I used THIS die to create a stitched border around the piece and mounted it to a top folding black notecard after adhering fun foam to the back for dimension. I finished off the cards applying THIS adhesive to the clouds and let Aiden shake on some glitter.

These cards took very little time to pull together. I plan on giving these to his teachers and grandma. I think they will like having his artwork.

Thanks so much for stopping by. Have a great day.
