Sunshine Card

Hello. I’m back today with another teaser for Saturday’s big post I’m doing for the Share Handmade Kindness Challenge. Make sure to stop back by then for lots more fun and in case you missed it, make sure to check out THIS and THIS blog post to see even more ideas for the challenge.

Here’s my card (you might want to put on your sunglasses)…

I decided to go crazy with the dimension of this card because I knew it was getting mailed inside of a box. Since I didn’t have to worry about it going through the mail on it’s own, I used one of THESE  shaker windows and stamped a circle greeting from THIS stamp set on top of it using Staz-On ink. I filled it with some yellow bling from THIS set and added THIS adorable sunshine sticker in the center. I used some yellow patterned paper from THIS set to go behind and add some interest.

Here’s a closer look…

For the front of the card, I die-cut a circle window slightly larger than the shaker window using THIS die. The yellow panel was created using THIS die. I used THIS stamp set for the sentiment and THIS die for the sunshine word. I added some of THIS on top of the die-cut word for some shine as well as a heart to replace the letter i.

I just love how it turned out! Here’s a closer look at the shaker window inside…

I shared another shaker card HERE awhile back where I used the same stamp set. Again, make sure to come join me on Saturday. It’s going to be lots of fun!
Thanks so much for stopping by! Sending sunshine your way…
