OCC Background Check Class- Day Two

Class information can be found HERE

I’m back today with a technique featured in the second day of class. The queen of plaid stamping, Laura Bassen, shared this technique. I have to admit that I’m not good at this. My lines usually are wonky and doesn’t end up looking good. However, I was inspired to give it another shot…

I decided to start with my lines at an angle so I wouldn’t get frustrated when things didn’t end up straight. LOL I used a bold color combo to compliment the adorable ketchup and mustard bottle from THIS set.

To make the smaller images pop, I stamped them with THIS ink and then clear heat embossed them. I stamped a sentiment from the same set inside one of THESE dies. A very simple card.

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
