Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween! I’m interrupting Mama Elephant week on my blog with a quick share on the treat bags I made for Aiden’s cousins….

Since Aiden was Charlie Brown for Halloween, I wanted to use his shirt as the inspiration for the tags. I downloaded the Charlie Brown font and printed out some messages. I die-cut each one out using THIS tag die and added a chevron border stamp (by Studio Calico) on the bottom to create the look of his shirt. It was an open chevron stamps so I colored it in with a black marker….

I bought some small white paper bags at Target to fill with treats. Here is what each one of them held….

A Snoopy pencil…

 Some Snoopy fruit snacks…

 Some Chuck-E-Cheese tickets…

And a coupon for a free meal at Frisch’s…

I also printed off some mini pics of my little guy dressed up in his costume at the pumpkin patch last week…

I finished it off by attaching the tag with some black and yellow chevron washi tape.
Our Halloween was so much fun despite the yucky weather. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you had a Happy Halloween!

What an adorable Halloween treat bag…I must admit I was a bit distracted by the cuteness overload of your little one!
